Your tickets are now directly accessible from your Novunex Subscription.
How to access the ticket portal
- Access your Novunex account (e.g. yourcompany.novunex.app)
- Navigate to your user name in the top right corner
- Click on your user name
- Select Manage account
- Navigate to ADVANCED and click on Help & Support
